It has been a great week! We have been reviewing and working hard this week. We had some fun in Science trying out a “Leakproof Bag” experiment. The kids were amazed when I could stick pencils through a bag full of water without it leaking, and I challenged them to ask their parents whether they thought it could be done or not, which it sounds like many of them did. It was fun to be holding the bag of water and ask, “who trusts me to poke the pencil through”, while holding the bag over their head. They were all very eager and engaged. We also had a fire drill this week, in which the students did awesome. They followed procedures without any problems. While we are very tired by the end of the day, the students have persevered well, and are ready for a well deserved break this weekend 🙂
