Well, we have completed our first full week, and we are pretty tired! And I definitely include myself in that 😉 It has been a good week of learning all the routines and settling into the way things work in Grade Two. We have been working hard on remembering how to do our neatest and best work all the time, and reviewing things that we learned last year. It has been a good week.
Dates to Remember:
Monday, September 18th – Parent Welcome Night – 6:30pm (I think I may have written the wrong time when I first mentioned this)
Friday, September 22nd – Pro-D Day
Spelling and Phonograms:
We started off our week slow and so we will be working on the same phonograms as we were working on last week.
ee, oo, th, or, ch
We will be continuing with the first verse for Bible Memory on Monday.
“I will give You thanks with all my heart; I will sing praises to You before the gods. I will bow down toward Your holy temple and give thank to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name.”
