We are starting to wind down, and definitely feeling the need for a break! We have been working hard to finish up some things, like our novel study and our Bible topic of prayer, before Spring Break. We had our assembly on Safe and Unsafe substances, learning about how to be safe and what warnings we can know to prevent getting hurt or sick. A huge thank you to parents who came with us on our Powerhouse Stave Lake field trip. The students learned a lot, and had a great day. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

- Grow a Garden – this is a Chilliwack Schools Program if you are interested you can find more information at chilliwackschoolsgardenprogram.com and applications can be picked up at the school office. Applications are due by April 5th.
- Silent Auction BasketsOn Saturday, April 27th we are having our 40th Anniversary Gala. During this gala we will be having a silent auction. In this auction, each grade will be putting together a themed basket to be bid on. Our grade is building a basket with a camping theme. We are asking each student to donate $5 towards this basket. Money can be brought to the classroom teacher or paid at the office. Please send money in by Friday, March 15th. Thank you for supporting our silent auction.
