We have had a great week in Grade 2. We really enjoyed PJ day on Tuesday, so nice to be able to just be cozy and comfy in our jammies 🙂 We also had a surprise Earthquake drill. The students all did a great job of stopping what they were doing and listening to instructions. Always good to see them practice a drill as though it is for real. In Math we learned subtraction with regrouping. This has been a challenging concept for some, but we are doing a great job persevering and really working hard at it.

- Our High School has a team of students who are going to Guatemala on Spring Break. They will be helping to build a school and bringing the love of Jesus to the people they meet. We are sponsoring one of the students, Jaylynn. She will be visiting with us and sharing about her upcoming trip, and we will be praying for her and the team as a whole. They have asked us to collect scissors, small rulers and erasers. Donations will be collected in the classroom until March 1, 2020. Thanks so much for partnering with us in this 🙂
