It’s been a kind of wet and dreary week …. with a couple days inside pretty much all day! But we’ve worked hard and accomplished lots this week. We had our Worries and Fears assembly on Tuesday, and did some follow up activities after. I have to say, in reading the responses to what makes them nervous or scared, and what they can do for themselves to help in those situations, I was so pleased with the thoughtfulness and intention that they responded with. I think it helped me to know a little bit more of who they are, and that is always a pleasure. We also used this week to do some Place Value Assessment, while also having some fun with that (edible place value)! This week has been great. I hope you all enjoy your weekend!
Dates to Remember:
Wednesday, November 10th – Remembrance Day assembly (students only)
Thursday, November 11th – Remembrance day – no school
Friday, November 12th – Pro-d day, no school
No spelling list due to short week.
Taste and see that the Lord is good, blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
